Shipping Policy

Due to precautions being taken during the COVID-19 pandemic, order processing is taking longer than expected at 1-2 business days. We have also been notified by all carriers - FedEx, DHL, UPS and USPS - that shipping times have also increased, sometimes significantly depending on the destination country. We appreciate your patience during this challenging time and will do our best to expedite order processing. 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We strive to ship your products as soon as possible. Orders received before 9:00 AM, Monday-Friday (CST) will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 9:00 AM CST will be processed the following business day.

Orders received after 9:00 AM CST on Friday will process the following Monday.

SXC is not responsible for packages after they have left our warehouse. If you have questions about the status of your shipment, please contact the shipper (DHL, USPS, etc.) directly.
